Our crew does turnover cleaning (kitchen, inside cabinets, appliances, baths, floors, baseboards, fixtures and closets), light maintenance (bulbs, filters, outlet covers, caulking, blinds, hardware, small drywall patches and like-for-like fixture swaps) and paint touch-ups (patching, spot-priming and blending in your standard color). We coordinate full repaints, carpet cleaning, trash-out, flooring, and licensed plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Every partner works from the same scope and photo checklist, and it all shows up on one invoice from KALCO.
